East Alton School District 13 has announced the schedule for its Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will take place on Tuesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 6th. The district encourages parents to participate in these meetings to discuss their child's academic progress, achievement scores, work habits, and peer relationships. Teachers will also address each student's progress toward mastering the Illinois Learning Standards.
The district uses an online scheduling program that allows parents to select available conference times with their child's teachers. Parents with more than one child can book multiple conferences through the same system. Instructions for accessing the scheduling link will be posted on the school’s Facebook page, website, and Class Dojo.
Parents are required to enter their student’s name, their own name, and an active email address when signing up. After submitting this information, they will receive an email containing a link to choose specific conference times. Once all selections are made, a confirmation email will be sent.
