Teacher uses Día de los Muertos lesson to highlight culture at East Elementary

At East Elementary School, teacher Ms. Matias recently taught her students about the traditions of Mexico’s Indigenous people through Día de los Muertos lessons. Her approach included integrating literacy, storytelling, and vocabulary to help students learn more about culture and language.
