At a recent meeting, the Lake Villa District Library Board was updated on the Volunteer Policy review and on the ongoing effort to create a Fund Balance Policy.
The library board is the district’s governing authority and makes decisions about library services, policies, finances and related matters. Board meetings are normally held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of the month in the library’s conference room, 1001 E. Grand Ave.
