Village of Volo Planning and Zoning Commission will meet June 12.

1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting of May 8, 2018
2. Public Hearing (continued): Text Amendment & Special Use Permit – 33450 N US Highway 12
The Commission will continue its consideration of an application for a text amendment and special use permit to authorize operation of a ready-mix concrete plant on a portion of the property at 33450 N US Highway 12. The applicant is Point Ready Mix, LLC, prospective purchaser of the property.
3. Public Hearing: Special Use Permit Amendment – 401 E IL Route 60
The Commission will consider an application for an amendment to an existing special use permit to operate a church at 401 E IL Route 60, Units 803 – 805. The applicant is Embracing Purpose in Christ Global Ministries, lessee of the property.
4. Public Hearing: Business Planned Unit Development (B-PUD) Concept Plan – 34510 N Gilmer Road
The Commission will review a concept plan and proposed development standards for a Business Planned Unit Development (B-PUD) at 34510 N Gilmer Road. The applicant is Volo Partners, LLC, owner of the property.
The concept plan for the 87.5-acre site envisions a master planned mixed-used development including non-residential and multi-family residential components of varying use and density.
