Mary Edly-Allen led Republican Helene Miller Walsh in votes cast in Cuba Township Precinct 66 for the District 51 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Edly-Allen appeared to outpace Walsh by a margin of 7.4 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Ed Sullivan, Jr., won by a margin of 94.1 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Bill Downs, who received 5 votes to Jr.'s 405.
