         The petitioners and property owners, Paul and Leah Suellentrop, of 349 Thornwood Lane, Lake Bluff, Illinois 60044, request by authority of Sections 150.1204(A)(1) and 150.1204(A)(14) of the Highland Park Zoning Code, a variation of provisions of Sections 150.703, 150.707(B)(1), and Section 150.707(D)(1), as required under the R4 zoning district, (i) to encroach 20 feet within the required front yard of 40 feet along the north property line (ii) to encroach 20 feet within a 40 feet Subdivision Setback/Building Line along the north property line, (iii) to encroach two feet within a 12 feet required side yard along the east property line, (iv) to encroach 14.41 feet within a 22.41 feet required side yard along the west property line, and (v) to place accessory structures within a required yard, in order to construct a new single family home with accessory structures.
