City of Highland Park recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Highland Park, Lake County, North Shore School District 112, Township High School District 113, Park District of Highland Park, Highland Park Public Library, and Moraine Township will host a series of neighborhood meetings to obtain feedback and answer questions about community priorities and opportunities to enhance quality of life in Highland Park. Neighborhood Meetings are an opportunity for residents to speak with elected officials, government staff, and other community leaders in a welcoming, friendly, and informal environment.
The 2020 Neighborhood Meeting schedule and locations are below:
- Thursday, April 2, 6 PM at Elm Place Middle School in the Library, 2031 Sheridan Rd.
- Monday, May 4, 10:30 AM during the Senior Center’s Monday Speaker Series at the Highland Park Country Club, 1201 Park Avenue W.
- Thursday, June 4, 6 PM at Heller Nature Center, 2821 Ridge Rd.
