IHDA is developing programs for Emergency Rental Assistance and Emergency Mortgage Assistance for households who have lost income due to COVID-19.
Applications for Emergency Rental Assistance will be available on August 10.
Applications for Emergency Mortgage Assistance will be available on August 24.
$5,000 will be paid toward current and future rent.
$15,000 will be paid toward current and future mortgage.
Please visit ERA.IDHA.ORG to apply for rental assistance. You will be asked to provide a copy of your ID, proof of late or unpaid rent, and landlord info.
Please EMA.IDHA.ORG to apply for mortgage assistance.
