Illinois State House District 58 issued the following announcement on Aug. 5
The state’s COVID-19 Virtual Care Program is designed to assist individuals who have trouble visiting a primary care physician. The program will also help reduce the need for residents to go to the hospital. If you're currently infected with COVID-19, feel free to text CARE with your home zip code to 36363.
