American Rescue Plan Overview
Jim Hawkins, Deputy County Administrator, presented the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Overview to the committee seeking guidance and direction to staff for the use of ARPA funds. Also, presented were current action, initiatives and possible focus areas and projects.

To date, the focus is to align planning with Guiding Tenets, focus on projects that can be directly funded with ARPA funds and maximizing revenue replacement.
