1. Call to Order

Chair Frank called the meeting to order at 11:01 a.m.

American Rescue Plan Overview

Jim Hawkins, Deputy County Administrator, presented the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Overview to the committee seeking guidance and direction to staff for the use of ARPA funds. Also, presented were current action, initiatives and possible focus areas and projects.

Discussion and initial guidance to Staff.

To date, the focus is to align planning with Guiding Tenets, focus on projects that can be directly funded with ARPA funds and maximizing revenue replacement.

Committee members agreed that Fridays at 11:00 a.m. is a convenient day and time for future committee meetings.
