2022 Goal for Lake Zurich More Gardening!
SWALCO and University of Illinois Master Gardeners Announce 2022 Learning Series
Gardening and food bring people together. They foster a sense of enjoyment, peace, security, health and well-being.
More individuals and families are reaching out and interested in learning how to start a garden while others are interesting in learning how to compost.
And, for those who are already gardening, perhaps we can help you "up" your gardening game.
Whatever your interests, and whether you are a beginner or have some experience, we are here to help!
Second Annual Garden Learning Series for This New Year 2022
The series features a number of workshops to help and educate on a variety of topics.
The first program will cover seed starting for your garden and of course, we will offer a program dedicated to compost and composting.
Workshops will be held the second Wednesday of the month from 6:00-7:30 pm.
This program series is offered in collaboration with University of Illinois Extension and Master Gardeners.
