Wadsworth taxpayers paid $46,507 in Non-Home Rule Sales Tax in December 2021, according to Illinois tax records.

This is an increase over the month before when $44,424 was collected.

Taxpayers in Wadsworth have paid $489,428 in Non-Home Rule Sales Tax in the last 12 months.

The Non-Home Rule Sales Tax is collected for municipal governments' use.

Illinois is the highest taxed state in the US.
