City of Lake Forest Plan Commission met Nov. 9.

2. Consideration of the minutes of the October 12, 2022 Plan Commission meeting.

Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of recommendations in support of approval of changes to a previously approved Planned Development plat and changes to an existing Special Use Permit for a Planned Development, including necessary variances and other zoning relief as required. The property is commonly referred to as Phase 3 of the McKinley Road Multi-Family Planned Development. The properties included in the petition are addressed as 361 E.
