CALL TO ORDER
At 4:32 PM Chairman Rachman called the meeting to order and asked for a roll call.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Special Meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners – October 20, 2022
Chairman Rachman requested a motion to approve the open and closed session Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for the date of October 20, 2022
Commissioner Katz moved to approve the minutes. Commissioner Adatto seconded.

Chairman Rachman declared that the motion passed.
CLOSED SESSION
Chairman Rachman requested a motion that the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners close its meeting to the public pursuant to Section 2(c) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/2(c)) for the purpose of discussing personnel matters.
Commissioner Katz moved to move to closed session. Commissioner Adatto seconded.

At 4:33 PM the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners recessed the public portion of the meeting to meet in closed session.
At 5:15 PM Chairman Rachman reconvened the open session of the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners and asked for a roll call.

The Board reviewed and came to a consensus determination on post-offer screening elements for Police candidates Matthew Tolmie and Nicolas Odonnell. Fire Chief Joe Schrage, Detective Tom Spanos and Detective Elvin Girona exited the meeting at 5:03 PM.

Chairman Rachman declared the meeting in recess from 5:25 to 5:40 PM.
