(b) Consider Zoning Docket 22-Z-17 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Sections 102-203(3)(b) and 10-12(a) of the Zion Municipal Code to allow a pool in the front yard and to allow a 6 ft fence in lieu of a 4 ft fence around the pool for property at 1707 Joanna Avenue per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(c) Consider Zoning Docket 22-Z-18 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Sections 102-206(a)(1) of the Zion Municipal Code to allow alterations to a conforming garage for property at 2102 Elim Avenue per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(d) Tabulation of Bids – 2023 HMA Patching Program per Director Roberts
(e) Tabulation of Bids – 2023 Road & Alley Program per Director Roberts
(f) Consider appointment of Christopher Fischer to fill position of Director, SWALCO Board of Directors, City of Zion and Jacqueline Holmes to fill position of Alternate Director, SWALCO Board of Directors, City of Zion per Mayor McKinney
(g) Consider filling one (1) Sergeant vacancy and requesting the name of the next qualified candidate from the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners eligibility list per Chief Barden
