6.1 24-0105 ZBA #000936-2023 - On the petition of Christopher Davis, record owner, who seeks the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1) Reduce the north rear yard setback from 4 feet to 2 feet to accommodate an existing detached garage; 2) Reduce the north rear yard setback from 4 feet to 2 feet to accommodate an existing pool; 3) Reduce the west side yard setback from 4 feet to 2 feet to accommodate an existing pool; 4) Reduce the west side yard setback from 5 feet to 2 feet to accommodate an existing single-family dwelling; 5) Increase the maximum allowed impervious surface ratio from 0.50 to 0.76 to accommodate the existing impervious surface. The subject property is located at 1019 Rockland Road, Lake Bluff, Illinois and is approximately 0.13 acres.

Michur, record owner, who seeks the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1) Reduce the front street yard setback from 25 feet to 1.5 feet to construct a detached garage; 2) Reduce the required building separation between the proposed detached garage and the existing deck from 4 feet to 1 foot; 3) Reduce the side yard setback from 5 feet to 2 feet to alleviate the nonconforming status of the existing single-family dwelling. The subject property is located at 42931 N. Janette Street, Antioch, Illinois and is approximately 0.14 acres.
