Kids’ Castle in Deerpath Park is expected to see increased activity on May 22 as a large group of children visits the playground. The Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Department advises visitors to anticipate more bustle than usual and encourages kindness, patience, and sharing of space.
The department reminds those planning group visits involving 20 or more people to contact the Park District at least four weeks in advance. A permit is required for large group gatherings in the parks and playgrounds.
