Beach Park Community Consolidated School District 3 has received national recognition for its efforts in student data privacy, earning the Trusted Learning Environment Mini Seal for Leadership. This distinction is awarded to schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to protecting students' digital information.

The district joins a select group of Illinois schools recognized for their work in data privacy and digital responsibility. Staff members from various departments collaborate to ensure that decisions regarding technology and data prioritize student safety.

Superintendent Dr. Denise Wilcox stated, "Our care for students doesn’t stop at the classroom door; it extends into every digital space they enter. We want families to know that when their child logs in to learn, they’re doing so in a safe, secure, and trusted environment."

This achievement aligns with the district's broader goals of leadership, trust, and continuous improvement as part of its Journey to Blue Ribbon Excellence. The district emphasizes transparent policies, staff training, and clear communication with families.
