At a special meeting this week, the Lincolnshire Architectural Review Board continued to examine the schematics for the proposed
redevelopment of the former Cubby Bear property into a banquet hall, at 21657 and 21661 Milwaukee Avenue.

The Lincolnshire Architectural Review Board reviews all proposed commercial, industrial and multiple-family dwelling buildings, planned unit developments, and uses of open space and public lands. It then makes recommendations to the Village Board on issues related to exterior architectural design characteristics, building materials, landscaping, lighting, parking, signage and rooftop equipment screening. The board typically meets at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at Village Hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road.

Below is the agenda for this meeting, as provided by the board.
