State Senate race: Republican McConchie wins voter tally in Libertyville Township Precinct 181

Dan McConchie led Democrat Tom Georges in votes cast in Libertyville Township Precinct 181 for the District 26 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

McConchie appeared to outpace Georges by a margin of 14.6 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Don Wilson, won by a margin of 26.2 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Terry Link, who received 38 votes to Wilson's 65.
