Daniel Didech led Republican Karen Feldman in votes cast in Libertyville Township Precinct 196 for the District 59 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Didech appeared to outpace Feldman by a margin of 8.4 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Leslie Munger, won by a margin of 22.1 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Carol Sente, who received 88 votes to Munger's 138.
