Daniel Didech led Republican Karen Feldman in votes cast in Vernon Township Precinct 261 for the District 59 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Didech appeared to outpace Feldman by a margin of 18.8 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Republican Leslie Munger, won by a margin of 17.2 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Democrat Carol Sente, who received 240 votes to Munger's 340.
