Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60031?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 60031, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Lake County Gazette.

The data shows that the man was released in the Vandalia zip code. The 34-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a property crime in 2018 when he was 33 years old.
