Committee action accepting the LakeComm PSAP Consolidation Staffing Analysis Addendum to the Options and Recommendations Report (Dated February 27, 2024).

· The Lake County, IL PSAP Consolidation Options and Recommendations Report (Dated December 5, 2023) was accepted by the PCC on December 13, 2023.

· Since the final version of the Options and Recommendation report was submitted for final review, two original partners decided to no longer participate in the planning efforts; this addendum updates the staffing analysis taking into account this change.

· The recommendations in this addendum are just that - recommendations - based on Federal Engineering’s experience with similar engagements, industry knowledge, best practices, and relevant standards.

· The intent of this addendum and the original report is to highlight issues and items that warrant serious consideration by decision-makers, when evaluating the options and recommendations presented against local realities, priorities, and perspectives.
