The Lake County Digital Equity Coalition held its first in-person meeting on September 25 to discuss steps to alleviate the digital divide across Lake County. The meeting took place at the College of Lake County Lakeshore Campus.
According to a news release, the coalition will next meet virtually on October 29 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Additionally, the Lake County Special Committee on Broadband will convene on Friday, November 1, at 8:30 a.m., and the session can be viewed via the county website.
