The design process to transform 1925 Field Court into the new Lake Forest Police Station is currently underway. After an extensive exploration of potential sites, the City Council approved the purchase of 1925 Field Court last year, seizing a unique opportunity to repurpose an existing office building and save millions compared to new construction.
As the design process progresses, residents are invited to an Open House to review the latest plans and see how the space will be reimagined to serve the community for decades.
Attendees can expect:
- A first look at draft floor plans
- Insights into how the new design enhances public safety and operations
- Design progress so far, with final designs expected in summer 2025
Open House Dates:
- Tuesday, March 11, from 4-6 pm
- Thursday, March 13, from 5-7 pm
The Open Houses will be held in the lobby of 1925 Field Court. There will be no formal presentation; attendees can drop by anytime to explore the vision and ask questions.
