CALL TO ORDER 6:10 PM

3.1. City Council: February 18, 2025

Minutes will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.

3.2. Committee of the Whole: February 18, 2025

Minutes will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.

4. Appointments

5. Review of Bill Warrant List

5.1. 03/04/2025 AP Warrant List

The AP Warrant List will be approved at the City Council meeting.

6. Unfinished Business

6.1. Consideration of an ordinance amending the comprehensive fee schedule to create the lead service line compliance charge and increase water rate to $5.65 per 100 cubic feet and to add a lead service line compliance fee.

This item will be approved at the City Council Meeting as amended with added language stating that the lead compliance fee will be removed once adequate lead remediation efforts have been completed throughout the city.

7. New Business

7.1. Consideration of January 2025 Treasure Report

This item will be approved at the City Council meeting.

7.2. Consideration of a motion directing the City Manager to engage Cornwell Engineering to complete a batch lead solubility study in an amount not to exceed $21,000.

This item will be approved at the City Council meeting.

7.3. A motion authorizing the City Manager to contract street sweeping services in an amount not to exceed $28,000.

This item will be approved at the City Council meeting.
