The Village of Lindenhurst has introduced a new online permitting system through BS&A Online, connecting the Building Department’s internal system with an online platform. The update is intended to make the permit process more efficient and accessible for both residents and contractors.
According to the Village, residents can now apply for permits using a step-by-step process available on the website at www.lindenhurstil.org/permits. Contractors are required to create a BS&A Online account and use their assigned web PIN before submitting applications.
The system also enables users to request inspections online by visiting www.lindenhurstil.org/inspections. A permit number is needed to complete an inspection request.
