Hawthorn Woods residents are invited to attend a community event called "Party in the Park" on Saturday, September 20. The event will be held at Community Park from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Organizers say the gathering is meant to bring neighbors together for an evening of music, food, and entertainment. According to the announcement, "Let’s gather our community to enjoy music, food, lively refreshments, and the great company of our neighbors. Our party of the year will end with a DRONE SHOW finale!"
The event is free for all attendees. Activities planned include performances by two live bands, food vendors offering various options, inflatables for children, a beer and bourbon tent, a cigar tent, as well as family and party games.
Residents are encouraged to mark their calendars for this annual celebration.
