DIAMOND LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT 76: D76 Residency Fair

Diamond Lake School District 76 issued the following announcement on July 20.

New Location:

Residency Fair will be held at Fairhaven School 634 Countryside Highway, Mundelein, IL 60060 

 STEP I

All District 76 parents/guardians must register their child(ren) online at www.dist76.org prior to the Residency Fair.

Residency Fair

Location: Fairhaven School

July 31, 2018:7 AM - 9 AM

August 1, 2018:4 PM - 8 PM

August 2, 3018:4 PM - 8 PM

Required residency documents include:

  1. Photo Identification of Parent / Guardian / Legal Custodian (Driver’s License, State-issued ID, Passport)
  2. Proof of Occupancy of Residence in District 76 (Lease Agreement, Bill of Sale for Residence, Mortgage Coupon, or Property Tax Bill)
  3. Current utility bill with custodian’s name and address, bills older than 30 days will not be accepted: (Gas, Electric, Telephone, Water)
At the Residency Fair, parents will have the opportunity to pick up bus schedules, teacher/homeroom/locker assignments, and Meet & Greet information.

Note: If you are unable to attend the Residency Fair, you may prove residency

at your child’s school starting July 18, 2018 during normal business hours (8 AM – 2 PM, M-F)

*Student schedules and busing information will not be available until the Residency Fair. 

 Helpful Tips:

Parking: will be available at both Fairhaven and Forthill Heritage Museum located across the street from Fairhaven School.

High Traffic Volume: High traffic times tend to be the first evening of the Residency Fair, Wednesday, Aug. 1st, 4-8 pm.

Entrance/Exit: Through the main doors.

Copies: Bringing copies of your Mortgage or lease, Photo ID and Current Utility Bill will help you move through the lines faster!
