On April 2, 2025, several announcements were made regarding school events and programs.
The lunch menu included General Chicken Served With Fried Rice, Vegetable Egg Roll, Mike’s Cheese Bites, Mixed Green Salad, Broccoli, Baby Whole Carrots with Dip, and Assorted Fresh Fruit.
A program was highlighted for bilingual students or those studying a language other than English. Participants can gain recognition for their proficiency in English and another language through the State Seal of Biliteracy or State Commendation toward Biliteracy program. Benefits include enhanced job prospects, scholarship opportunities, and potential college language credit. Registration QR codes are available in the Commons, outside the counseling office, and on digital media screens in the hallways. Interested students should contact Mr. Z in the counseling office.
The Student Council announced the annual Panther Pant scheduled for Wednesday, April 23rd from 5:30 -8 pm. Sign-ups are accessible via QR codes on flyers by the water fountains. Volunteers are welcome to participate.
Foster's Voice will hold its first meeting of the fourth quarter this Thursday at 7 am in the Girls gym. The session will focus on making posters and discussing initiatives for mental health awareness month.
Gamer's Club is set to meet this Friday from 3 to 5 in room 149N.
The Student Council meeting is scheduled for this Friday at 7:30 a.m. in Mr. Welch's room, 109S. Topics of discussion include ABC countdown, Panther Pant, and other end-of-year activities.
