Lake Forest Community High School has issued a reminder regarding the clear bag policy that will be enforced at Lake Zurich High School for entry to Friday's football game.
According to Lake Forest Community High School (LFHS), the community is reminded of the September 26 football game at Lake Zurich, where a clear bag policy will be in effect for stadium entry. Permitted items include clear bags up to 12" x 12" x 6", one-gallon clear plastic storage bags, and one small clutch purse or belt bag no larger than 5" x 7.5". All bags will undergo inspection upon entry, and items not meeting the requirements—such as large backpacks, coolers, outside food or beverages, airhorns, and other prohibited items—must be returned to vehicles. Compliance with these rules is necessary for entry.
LFHS athletics aims to promote participation, personal growth, and excellence by balancing student-athletes’ academic and athletic development. The program seeks to build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship while encouraging broad involvement, school spirit, and community unity. It emphasizes the rewards of effort, discipline, practice, the development of physical skills for future opportunities, and fostering a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.
